April 6, 2017, Daet, Camarines Norte – Mayor Benito B2K Ochoa is silently implementing projects without funfair and launching, nor media interviews.
On his “Ulat sa Bayan” last Monday, Mayor B2k Ochoa, did not mention any of his incoming projects. He would rather keep it as a surprise.
The chief executive said, Daeteñeos do not deserve promises and plans alone. Instead, an actual implementation of a real and worthy projects.
For several projects implemented by Ochoa administration, no launching or any ceremonies has been made for it.
As a proof, one of this development project is the concreting of Integrated Terminal Road at Central Plaza Complex. It has been a problem for quite some time to public utility vehicle drivers that this road is not well maintained. As a response, Mayor Benito Ochoa pushed for the concreting of this road to be more economical and to lessen the maintenance cost.
