Some observers say, this kind of administration demonstrates good governance and a clear example of non-political leadership.
In an interview by Camarines Norte News with Mayor Ochoa, he said, that all his projects will be transparent to all and his name will not be shown on it.
“We owe the government projects to all the tax payers and they deserve to know every single details of it” B2k said to media.
