In celebration of National Teacher’s Day with the theme “I teach for the better future”, Local Government Unit of Daet through the Local School Board distributed 220 units of printer in 30 Public Schools in Municipality of Daet.
The distribution of printers around the public schools in Daet was led by Mayor Benito S. Ochoa together with Councilor Eliza H. Llovit and Dr. Manuel T. Obal, Public Schools Division Supervisor.
Because of the COVID-19 situation, the adjustment of the education system both for the students and the teachers has been really challenging during pandemic. Aside from the transition from face-to-face class to on line class, the continuous printing of modules is also one of the significant duties of the teachers these days.
One of LGU Daet’s priority through the leadership of Mayor Ochoa is education. By providing additional printers to teachers, it would help in printing and reproducing modules to the students.
The printers were distributed equally depending on the number of students in each school.
