The Local Government Unit of Daet – (LGU-Daet) resumes the vaccination against COVID-19 in the municipality through its Rural Health Unit- I (RHU-I).
The vaccination event will be on December 10, 2021 8:00AM to 5:00PM at Central Plaza Mall, Daet Camarines Norte which offers Pfizer and Moderna brands.
The Pfizer brand will be allotted to 12-17 years old and for those who were vaccinated with said brand and are just about to get their second dose.
Meanwhile, the Moderna vaccine will be used as 1st dose for 18 years old and above and for those who have not received their second dose with the said brand.
Furthermore, the latter will also be used as booster for Categories A1, A2, and A3.
Interested individuals under Pediatric section just have to bring their 1.) PSA Birth Certificate, 2.) Valid Identification (I.D.) of parent/legal guardian, and 3.) Own ballpen.
As for the Adult ages 18 and above, they just have to bring their 1.) Vaccination Card (for those who already received their 1st jab) 2.) Valid Identidfication (I.D.) 3.) Own ballpen.
