Provincial Health Officer Dr. Arnel Francisco stated in his recent interview with the media last Tuesday, December 14, 2021 that the total number of COVID-19 vaccinated individuals in the province is now at 323,000.
It is around 73% of the province’s target 440,000 to reach the herd immunity of Camarines Norte in the virus that has been spreading for almost two years.
In line with this, Dr. Francisco continues to encourage those who still haven’t got their vaccines yet especially these days that the vaccine supplies are available in the province.
Moreover, the second leg of 3-day national vaccination that is supposed to start today, December 15-17 is temporarily postponed due to typhoon Odette and rescheduled on December 20-22, 2021.
