As Chinese New Year nearly approaches, KR8 Media and Events spearheaded the Little China Town: Food and Merchandise Bazaar located at 3rd floor, SM City Daet.
This is the first-ever bazaar organized in Daet to showcase the culture, different kinds of food, and souvenirs in China.
Earlier today, Little China Town: Food and Merchandise Bazaar held its ribbon cutting and grand opening.
The said event was graced by guests of honors including 2nd District Representative Congresswoman Marisol C. Panotes, Board Member Stanley Alegre, Daet Municipal Councilor Eliza H. Llovit, Councilor Apolonio Panong, and former 1st District Representative and Governor, Roy Padilla Jr.
Mr. Johnc Pineda, Managing Director of KR8 Media and Events said that it’s good to showcase activities like this since lots of Filipinos are also practicing Chines culture, this also symbolizes hope and prosperity of the province according to him.
The bazaar will run from January 21 until February 2, 2022.
Products in the bazaar will be also sold online to give chance to people who cannot go outside due to the province’s current restrictions and health protocols for COVID-19.
