A total of two hundred and fifty-six (256) scholars from 1st District of Camarines Norte has now a chance to learn and improve their skills at the same time finish vocational courses for free after the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) provided 5 million pesos worth of scholarship fund for the aspiring individuals.
The said fund was under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) and Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of TESDA.
This was also made possible thru the continuous coordination and effort of Camarines Norte 1st District Representative, Congresswoman Josie Baning Tallado with TESDA.
Following are the Vocational Courses and Training Center where aspiring individuals can avail their preferred courses:

In addition, an endorsement letter from the training center/school is needed to avail of the scholarship.
Meanwhile, Cong. Tallado stated that this program is part of the continuous commitment to uplift the living condition of residents from the province’s 1st District. Through this program for skills development and training, more opportunities will be opened for the employment of the individuals; at the same time give chance to those aspiring individuals to finish studies but cannot afford to finance their schooling.
