A total of 218 children with disabilities enrolled in the (Special Education) SPED and regular classes received educational assistance from the Camarines Norte Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).
The successful distribution of educational assistance was done yesterday, February 07, 2022 at Camarines Norte Agro Sports Center.
Present in the said activity were Governor Egay Tallado, Vice Gov. Elect Jonah Pimentel, PSWDO head Ms.Cynthia Dela Cruz, PDAO Head Dr. Rex A. Bernardo and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
The distribution of educational assistance is part of the social assistance packages which is a joint undertaking of the Provincial Social Welfare Development and the Camarines Norte PDAO on behalf of the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte.
Other social assistance included in the packages to be distributed by said Offices are incentive for centenarian, honorariums of CWDs for the 4th quarter of 2021, financial assistance for mentally challenged individuals and financial assistance for solo parents.
