Being unable to walk and having limitations to move is undeniably one of the toughest situations someone could ever have. But as our community continues to have people and organizations aiming to help and give hope to people, limitations like being unable to walk and move well can now have a chance to make their lives easier by using a wheelchair on daily basis.
Last February 5, 2022 in Gregorgio Pimentel Memorial School at Brgy. Pamorangon, Daet, Camarines Norte, twenty-six (26) Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Elderly and Children with Special Needs in the Municipality of Daet received free wheelchairs from Batalla Cares headed and founded by Carlo Batalla through the efforts of Municipal Councilor Eliza H. Llovit.

As the Chairwoman of the Committee on Social Services, Councilor Eliza H. Llovit coordinated with the former Board Member of Camarines Sur, Mr. Carlo Batalla, and now the founder of Batalla Cares.
