Around 730 beneficiaries from indigent communities from 2nd District of Camarines Norte received their salaries during the distribution of wages facilitated by the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte (PGCN) yesterday, February 21, 2022 held at Camarines Norte Agro Sports Center, Daet, Camarines Norte.
TUPAD workers were engaged in cleaning roads and public facilities and completed the work for a period of 10 days. These entitled them to receive an equivalent of P3,100 during the actual payout. Aside from the monetary compensation, beneficiaries were covered with accident insurance for one (1) year.
Present during the said event were Governor Edgardo A. Tallado, Vice Governor-Elect Jonah G. Pimentel, Acting Vice Governor Concon Panotes, BM Joseph Stanley Alegre and BM Renato “Atoy” Moreno. Meanwhile, TV Actress Sunshine Dizon also visited the said event to show support to PGCN’s programs.
