Says the newest Governor-elect Ricarte “Dong” Padilla in a Facebook post to show his appreciation to all his supporters last election.
“Bukas na ang pag-asa sa Camarines Norte!” he also said in his post.
He also added that he feels the desire of change of every CamNorteño that is why as new governor of the province, he will make sure not to fail the people who supported him.
Padilla won in gubernatorial bid against Gov. Egay Tallado who has been serving as provincial governor for the past 12 years.
